Aging seniors who want to downsize, young people living on their own, our local workforce needing to live close to jobs, and first-time homebuyers can’t find homes because there are not enough homes being built, and the available homes are too expensive. Colorado’s housing crisis affects everyone, regardless of which stage of life you are in. We must allow homes to be built that fit the needs and budgets of more Coloradans.

We believe that people deserve to live in homes they can afford near work, family, transit, and recreation. We were created to showcase the diverse people and organizations, including support from business, health, housing, climate, conservative, progressive, and real estate interests, that also support a statewide solution.
